Becoming a Mediator
There are various routes to becoming a UNITE mediator. UNITE have received
funding from the Big Lottery Fund to recruit Volunteer
Mediator Assistants.
UNITE are always interested in hearing from experienced mediators who
want to work as voluntary community, intra-family or workplace mediatiors.

UNITE also delivers:
- workplace mediation training to organisations that wish to develop mediation skills for their own staff.
- victim / offender mediation skills training.
- accredited mediation supervision training.
- short courses to help people develop their communication skills.
