Supervision service for YOUR practitioners

Public, Private and Voluntary organisations can all buy in UNITE's Supervision service for their practitioners.

With 10 years of experience, UNITE's supervisors can provide a service of the highest standard in accordance with the Community Legal Services Quality Mark. Our supervisors are experienced in one-to-one and group supervision sessions and are trained to the OCN Mediation and Supervision skills standards.

Supervision sessions can be on a one-to-one, co-working, or group basis. One-to-one sessions focus on practice issues specific to the individual. Using feedback from colleagues/co-workers and the supervisor, a plan for the development of skills and knowledge can be drawn up. Supervision sessions also offer a safe, supportive, environment where personal concerns can be offloaded.

Group sessions again focus on practice issues and development, but in a more general way. These are also ideal for practitioners to share and develop strategies for dealing with areas of difficulty.
