Workplace mediation/Concilliation training

UNITE has developed a range of courses aimed at organisations that wish to develop their own in-house mediation service. Course content includes the following:

· How mediation fits into a complaints procedure · Training in the five stages of mediation · Effective conflict management techniques · Prejudice awareness and maintaining impartiality · Assertiveness · Communication skills to include active listening and questioning · Effective co-working · Writing agreements
